From Tim Powes for Change

The Tim for Change on web still in develop which you visit and see is not sponsored by any one, we are volunteer who concern of the situation in our country. 

We have learned from experiences and seen how the copied system, unconstitutional  law which transferred in to country make us blinded and victimized Tribal Community in our richest country so we found that this system and constitutional laws is not proper to stand the country,  it's stand for interest of western so we have to CHANGE or give its space in to stand for New Guinea's countries.
  In many ways we are becoming  victims in our own country so we propose Democracy system that's back to our Democracy way or Tribal Democracy which existed since people of PNG existed on this planet.

Its not hard to demonstrate, just back to tribal ways; constitution Laws and the system of Governing  must be set in tribal ways, means every tribes has a leader to be represent in Tribal Council in Parliament, tribal law must be stated in all tribes and transfer and state to country statue and laws.

Democracy from, by and for All Communities of Beings
Tribal Democracy is a democracy that acknowledges, represents and advocates the interests, needs and wants of all communities of beings (plants, animals, material beings, visible and invisible beings, and human beings).
 Tribal Democracy has many meanings, either ideologically or practically, both in academic debate and in practical governmental business. It also has a deeper meaning, into the essence of life and living, of the living beings. 

 We called Tim Powes for Change because we, ourselves have seen and found that Powes Parkop is right person who will be able to support this views of Democracy system to be replaced or give it's space to stand for country' system and its constitutional of state.

For more of this view, we will continue to launch in this website.
We believe in God that With Powes we will do for change, whoever whats to change, back to the basic ways of systems and constitution, come and be a part with Hon. Parkop.

This phenomenon is related to the concept of tribal society in that it is a precondition for members of a tribe to possess a strong feeling of identity for a true tribal society to form.

Every Tribes has Tribal representative in Tribal Council on behalf of the tribe, not through dirty Political Party organisation, because party organisation bring conflict in family, clan, tribe so most of politician stand on behalf of their political party.
